FAQ's

I've received a number of emails lately with questions about emmie cakes. I figured I would take some time and answer these.

First of all there have been questions about shipping charges. I am finally understanding and figuring this all out and I have finalized my shipping charges. So here they are:

If your order is $0.01 - $40.00 then Shipping is $5.00
$40.01-$80.00 =$8.00
$80.00 and up =$12.00

I have tried to adjust it all correctly in the cart so it should be easy to order on my blog but if I see any discrepancies I will contact you and we will work it out.

Second, some of you have been asking if I will give a discount on the kits if they are bought in bulk. The answer is yes.
If you buy 10 or more I will drop the price from $16 to $14 per kit. I don't have this set up to make the adjustment on my blog so if you want to order more than 10 and get the discount, please email me and I will send you an adjusted invoice through paypal.

I have also had some questions regarding custom orders. I would love you make you a custom banner. They are $5 a letter for assembled banners and $2.50 a letter for kits. All you need to do is email me with your request and I will work with you to get exactly what you want.

Another question I have got lately is regarding Wholesale orders. Right now I am not selling wholesale. I would be willing to offer a discount on finished banners as I would with the kits and if you are interested in this option, please email me and we can work it out.

I am so pleased with the responses you all have given me. I am having so much fun creating banners and hope that you all are enjoying them. This weekend I had a chance to sell some of my banners at a big craft fair here in Utah called Swiss Days. They were quite popular and looked great in the "Simply Splendid" booth (BTW if you live in Utah, check out their store in Lindon. They have great stuff. Look at the picture and see how cute their booth was).
It's been busy lately and my mind is going crazy with ideas so keep checking back for more yummy crafts. I hope to have some in a few days. Oh and feel free to leave me comments if there is something you would like to see.
